Job Description

As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Degree in Business or related field preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years in a customer-facing role
