Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of outdoor trips and activities.
• Conduct safety briefings and ensure all gear is properly fitted and in good condition before excursions.
• Foster a friendly and inclusive atmosphere for all participants.
• Stay updated on industry trends, safety procedures, and relevant information related to outdoor activities.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of outdoor adventure programs.

Requirements

Education

• Outdoor leadership or related qualification (preferred)

Experience

• Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
