Job Description

As a Construction Operations Planner, you will play a crucial role in managing and planning construction projects from inception to completion. Your expertise will ensure that all aspects of the project align with timelines and budget expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure construction projects are executed according to specifications and project timelines.
  • Collaborate on budget development and monitor ongoing expenses.
  • Lead the project scheduling and resource management activities.
  • Engage stakeholders to ensure clear communication of project goals.
  • Review and approve project change orders.
  • Assess risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on project planning and execution.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree in Project Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in construction management roles
