Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a vital role in connecting great talent with businesses in need. If you are passionate about recruitment and have a knack for identifying the best candidates, we want you on our team. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates while building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
• Create engaging job advertisements and optimize for visibility.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems for candidate management.
• Negotiate employment offers and ensure a smooth transition.
• Measure and report on recruitment metrics and performance.
• Maintain professional relationships with candidates post-placement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Postgraduate studies in Recruitment or HR Management would be advantageous

Experience

• At least 3-5 years in recruitment, preferably in a consultancy environment

Technical Skills

• Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Data Analysis

• Adaptability

Certifications

• Advanced Recruitment Certification (ARC)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Sesotho: Conversational

Advantageous

• Previous experience in a high-volume recruitment role: Experience managing large recruitment campaigns efficiently.
• Familiarity with digital marketing for recruitment: Knowledge of social media advertising for candidate attraction.
