Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager in Port Elizabeth, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes using our solutions. Your role will involve onboarding new clients, conducting regular check-ins, and actively seeking feedback to enhance service delivery. Candidates must possess excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for customer advocacy.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to ensure they receive maximum value from our services.
  • Identify and resolve issues impacting the customer experience quickly.
  • Assist in the development of customer success content and resources.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure smooth transitions for new clients.
  • Help shape customer experience strategies by providing actionable insights.
  • Be an advocate for customer needs to influence product direction.
  • Participate in strategic meetings to discuss customer trends and satisfaction.
  • Manage customer escalations and serve as a liaison with management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications
  • Relevant certifications in customer success are a plus

  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role
