Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lithograph Printer to join our team. This role involves operating printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials, including packaging, labels, and promotional materials. The ideal candidate must have a strong attention to detail and a passion for quality.

Responsibilities

• Run and monitor multiple printing jobs simultaneously.
• Perform color management and print quality adjustments.
• Work closely with the finishing department to ensure proper output.
• Document production processes and maintain accurate records.
• Identify and report any quality issues to management.

Requirements

Education

• Matric with a diploma or degree in Printing Technology

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in lithograph printing and prepress processes.

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Color Management

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Detail-oriented

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with both sheet-fed and web-fed printing presses: Hands-on experience operating various types of presses.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles: Understanding of efficiency improvement methodologies in manufacturing.
