Job Description

We are seeking an HR Officer to manage our HR functions in Johannesburg, overseeing recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and be capable of maintaining a positive workplace environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention.
  • Manage health and safety policies within the workplace.
  • Provide HR advice and support to staff at all levels.
  • Stay updated on HR best practices and employment legislation.
  • Collaborate with management on organizational development initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports on HR metrics and trends.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Additional HR qualifications are an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years in HR management positions
