As an Organizational Development Consultant, you will help forge a positive and performance-driven culture within the organization. This position involves conducting assessments, facilitating workshops, and designing strategies for continual improvement in workforce engagement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct organisational assessments to identify training needs and development opportunities.
• Develop and implement training and development programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and performance.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to improve team dynamics and organisational culture.
• Collaborate with management to align organizational development strategies with business objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and interventions.
• Provide guidance on change management initiatives and organizational structure.
• Support leadership development initiatives and succession planning.
• Develop talent assessment tools and feedback mechanisms for continual improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology or a related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in organisational development or related fields
