Job Description

As a Customer Support Representative at Tech Innovations Inc., you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent qualification
  • Certificate or diploma in Customer Service is an advantage
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer support role
