Responsibilities

• Handle general legal inquiries from staff members.
• Review and monitor third-party and vendor contracts.
• Engage in proactive legal research to foresee potential legal concerns.

• Advise on data protection and privacy regulations compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
• Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate Law is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a corporate legal role
