Clinical Research Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to coordinate and oversee clinical trials. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines while managing study protocols, subject recruitment, and data management. Your role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between clinical research and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor clinical trials from initiation to completion.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Good Clinical Practices (GCP).
• Recruit and screen study participants and carry out informed consent processes.
• Collect and manage trial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct site visits and investigational site training.
• Develop and maintain relationships with study sites and investigators.
• Review and report adverse events and serious adverse events according to regulatory standards.
• Prepare regular reports for management and provide updates on study progress.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Sciences or a related discipline

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in clinical research monitoring

Certifications

• Certified Clinical Research Associate (CCRA) – ACRP

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Knowledge of electronic data capture (EDC) systems: Hands-on experience with EDC platforms used in clinical trials.
