Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to coordinate and oversee clinical trials. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines while managing study protocols, subject recruitment, and data management. Your role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between clinical research and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient recruitment and maintain participant engagement throughout the study.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely study milestones are met.
• Assist with the preparation of study protocols and ethical submissions.
• Monitor study budgets and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on track.
• Train and guide site staff on study protocols and regulations.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret clinical data to assist in decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of regulatory submissions to governing bodies.
• Facilitate investigator meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Sciences or a related discipline

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in clinical research monitoring

Certifications

• Certified Clinical Research Associate (CCRA) – ACRP

Languages
