Job Description

As an Account Manager in Durban, you will be pivotal in managing client relationships and ensuring the delivery of superior services. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that drive their success. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account strategies that align with clients' business goals.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with clients to showcase value and performance.
  • Facilitate cross-selling and up-selling of services within existing accounts.
  • Monitor industry trends to enhance client offerings.
  • Create and present proposals for new projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during client interactions.
  • Lead project kick-off meetings with clients to establish expectations.
  • Mentor junior account staff to support their development.
  • Establish a feedback loop with clients to continuously improve service delivery.
  • Adapt strategies based on client feedback and market changes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or client-facing role
