Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Client Relations Manager who can cultivate strong relationships with our clients in Cape Town. You will play a vital role in addressing client needs and expectations, ensuring that our products and services meet their unique requirements. You should have a knack for communication and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Foster long-term relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contract renewals and service agreements with clients.
  • Develop client engagement strategies to drive retention and loyalty.
  • Track and report on service issues and resolutions to relevant stakeholders.
  • Facilitate internal communication to ensure alignment on client goals.
  • Stay informed of industry trends to provide proactive advice to clients.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in client management roles
