Job Description

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the frontline ambassador for our brand. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service that enhances customer satisfaction. Strong communication skills and a problem-solving attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to provide high-quality service and support.
  • Document all interactions and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest improvements.
  • Assist in the creation of support documentation for customers.
  • Follow up with customers after their inquiries are resolved to ensure satisfaction.
  • Train new team members on customer service best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric Certificate or equivalent
  • Diploma in Customer Care or related field is advantageous
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in call center or customer support role

Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Bilingual in English and Afrikaans: Ability to communicate fluently in both languages is a plus.
