Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Coiler Operator to work in our manufacturing plant. The Coiler Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining coiling machines to roll metal sheets into coils of various sizes.

Responsibilities

• Operate coiling machines to roll metal sheets into coils.
• Set up and adjust the machines as needed.
• Inspect and ensure coils meet quality standards.
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.
• Document production metrics and equipment maintenance logs.
• Assist with training new staff on machine operation.
• Comply with all health and safety standards.
• Work cooperatively in a team environment.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience operating coiling machines in a manufacturing environment.
