Job Description

We are seeking an HR Generalist to enhance our human resources department. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our workforce through effective HR practices, addressing employee queries, and leading HR initiatives aligned with our corporate goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage job postings and sourcing candidates.
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires.
  • Maintain employee records in accordance with HR policies.
  • Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies.
  • Monitor employee performance and assist with development plans.
  • Coordinate training programs for employees.
  • Support payroll processes and benefits administration.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data.
  • Ensure compliance with HR regulations and labor laws.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field
  • Postgraduate diploma in HR preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years HR Generalist experience
