Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data to identify trends and insights.
• Prepare and present financial reports to management.
• Support budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Conduct variance analysis and prepare recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making.
• Assist in the development of financial policies and procedures.
• Monitor financial performance and submit reports to stakeholders.
• Evaluate financial processes and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Master's degree or relevant certification is a plus

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis or related field

Certifications

• CFA Certification (preferred)
