Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Consultant to enhance our team in Durban. Your responsibility will be to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and placing candidates in suitable job roles. You will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and ensure alignment with available talent.

Responsibilities

• Develop talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Perform candidate assessments and provide recommendations.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and requirements.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles
