The ideal candidate will have experience in managing hotel staff, ensuring top-notch guest services, and maintaining hotel standards. You will play a key role in managing daily operations and enhancing guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of hotel operations to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
  • Supervise staff training, evaluation, and performance management.
  • Manage financial reports and budgets to enhance profitability.
  • Create strategies to improve guest satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
  • Resolve customer issues effectively and maintain a positive hotel image.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Relevant certifications are advantageous
