Job Description

Join us as an Event Coordinator where you will be responsible for planning and executing a variety of events. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and bring it to life, ensuring that all aspects of the event are meticulously organized and run smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative themes and concepts for various events.
  • Ensure events comply with safety regulations and legal requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and maintain vendors and venue relationships.
  • Monitor event budget and control expenses.
  • Assist with event marketing and promotion.
  • Work with the team to brainstorm new ideas for events.
  • Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after events.
  • Maintain inventory and supplies for event execution.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Event Management
  • Postgraduate qualification in Event Planning is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
