• Manage the project budget, ensuring financial accountability.
• Train and mentor junior project staff.
• Investigate and resolve any project issues or disputes.
• Maintain project documentation for audits and assessments.
• Foster a culture of safety and responsibility on-site.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is preferred
• Additional certifications in project management are advantageous

Experience

• 4-6 years of related experience in the construction industry
