Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for all levels of positions.
• Develop and enforce HR policies to promote fair employment practices.
• Coordinate employee training and performance improvement plans.
• Provide coaching and support to line managers on HR best practices.
• Manage employee recognition and wellness programs.
• Monitor and report on HR metrics and analytics.
• Manage HR-related projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Relevant HR qualifications are a plus

Experience

• 5 years of experience in HR or related fields

Certifications

• Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP)
