Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance our recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to ensure that our teams are equipped with the best skills and knowledge in the industry. You will play a vital role in empowering our organization by finding quality candidates while promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead full-cycle recruitment for various roles across the organization.
• Design and update job descriptions in collaboration with department managers.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for interviews.
• Engage with passive candidates through social media and professional networks.
• Assist in developing an employer branding strategy to attract top talent.
• Organize interview schedules and prepare interview questions.
• Evaluate interviews and make recommendations based on competition and cultural fit.
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies and labor regulations.
• Develop relationships with candidate pools and maintain communication.
• Facilitate new hire orientations to foster engagement from day one.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Business Administration
• Master's degree preferred but not required

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a recruitment role with a demonstrated success in agency or corporate environments
