Responsibilities

• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and position requirements.
• Utilize various platforms such as LinkedIn and job boards for sourcing talent.
• Manage applicant tracking systems to maintain candidate information and recruitment metrics.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings.
• Onboard new employees and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
• Promote a positive candidate experience through effective communication.
• Participate in career fairs and networking events to represent the company.
• Analyze recruitment data to improve sourcing and hiring processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Business Administration
• Master's degree preferred but not required

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a recruitment role with a demonstrated success in agency or corporate environments
