Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will play a pivotal role in managing IT support tickets, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and providing exceptional customer service to our users. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for technology, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve IT support.
  • Work closely with other IT team members to enhance systems and services.
  • Act as a point of contact for issues related to network connectivity.
  • Provide remote support to users when required.
  • Assist in developing training materials for IT processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software incompatibility issues.
  • Engage in continuous learning to keep up to date with IT trends.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified)
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in providing IT support
