Job Description

As a Retail Visuals Coordinator, you will be the creative force behind our visual merchandising efforts in Johannesburg. This role requires a flair for aesthetics and an understanding of consumer behavior to create inviting displays that encourage sales and enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain visually appealing merchandising displays that capture customer interest.
• Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure display items are available and in good condition.
• Train store personnel on visual merchandising best practices to maintain consistency.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of visual strategies and adjust as required to maximize sales.
• Participate in seasonal planning and execution of visual merchandising themes.
• Gather feedback from customers and staff on display effectiveness and make recommendations.
• Stay updated on competitor merchandising strategies to enhance our brand presence.
• Collaborate with external vendors for display materials and equipment as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Fashion Design, Marketing, or Retail Management

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in visual merchandising, especially in retail environments

Languages

• English: Fluent
