Job Description

As a Customer Experience Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our customer engagement strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of customer journey mapping and data analysis. You will lead initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and drive retention rates, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • Postgraduate qualification is preferred
