Requirements

Education
  • Matriculation certificate
  • Degree or higher in Business Administration is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer support role
Technical Skills
  • Expert in Microsoft Office apps
  • Experience with Help Desk software
Soft Skills
  • Empathy and patience
  • Time management skills
Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Xhosa: Basic

Advantageous

  • Experience in retail customer service: Prior experience in a retail environment can be beneficial.
