Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Agent in Cape Town who is eager to assist customers with their queries and provide excellent service. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, with a knack for problem-solving and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service by addressing customer complaints and queries promptly.
  • Update customer accounts and information accurately in our systems.
  • Assist in the training of new team members on customer service procedures.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback about our services and products.
  • Promote services and products that enhance customer experience.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent qualification
  • Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in customer service
