Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be crucial in shaping our workforce. You will develop effective recruitment strategies, engage with candidates, and manage the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring our teams are filled with the best talent.

Responsibilities

  • Lead talent acquisition initiatives and optimize talent sourcing channels.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
  • Assist with employer branding efforts and promote company culture.
  • Conduct training for hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques.
  • Collect feedback from candidates to enhance the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into the recruitment strategy.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and partners.
  • Analyze data and metrics to improve recruitment effectiveness.
  • Provide insights on trends and challenges within the talent market.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in HR management is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
