Job Description

We are seeking an organized and creative Event Planner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing a variety of events. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event coordination and a knack for bringing unique ideas to life.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement unique event concepts and themes.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients and team members throughout the planning process.
  • Research and identify potential venues and suppliers for events.
  • Ensure all event materials and setups are executed as planned.
  • Evaluate the success of events and provide detailed reports.
  • Assist with marketing and promotion efforts for upcoming events.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Master's degree or higher is an advantage
Experience
  • 3 to 5 years of event planning experience
