Job Description

As a Project Manager at Leading Project Management Firm, you will play a crucial role in overseeing projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for project planning, resource allocation, and ensuring timely delivery while meeting quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management methodologies and exceptional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project kickoff meetings and develop project charters with clear objectives.
  • Implement project management best practices to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Ensure all project deliverables align with client expectations and company standards.
  • Train and mentor junior project staff on project management methodologies and practices.
  • Prepare and analyze project performance metrics to recommend improvements.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to optimize project resources.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project updates effectively.
  • Collect feedback from project stakeholders for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to project execution.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Project Management or a related field is an advantage
  • Agile Project Management certification is preferred

  • 7+ years of experience in project management
