Job Description

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our facility. You will lead the team, manage inventory levels, and optimize processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the warehouse team to achieve high levels of productivity.
  • Manage stock levels and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
  • Optimize space utilization for effective storage solutions.
  • Develop and implement training programs for new hires.
  • Conduct regular audits of inventory and reporting discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners for timely deliveries.
  • Utilize warehouse management software for tracking and reporting.
  • Create and maintain operational documentation.
  • Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Business Administration or Logistics Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse and logistics management
