Job Description

As a Legal Advisor, you will provide strategic legal advice, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will also be tasked with managing contracts and liaising with external stakeholders, bringing your expertise in law to our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Develop legal strategies to support business objectives.
• Engage in contract negotiations and settlements.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities on compliance issues.
• Document and maintain accurate legal records and files.
• Provide guidance on intellectual property and data protection matters.
• Support business development efforts from a legal perspective.

Requirements

Education

• LLM or higher preferred
• Admitted Advocate of the High Court of South Africa, preferred

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in a corporate legal environment.
