Job Description

We are seeking a Legal Research Assistant to support our legal team by conducting extensive research and analysis. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about legal processes. You will assist in drafting legal documents, reviewing case files, and ensuring compliance with all legal standards.

Responsibilities

  • Undertake comprehensive reviews of case files and legal precedents.
  • Assist in the creation of case strategies and legal arguments.
  • Perform administrative duties related to documentation.
  • Engage in client communication for information gathering.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submissions of legal documents.
  • Research statutes, regulations, and case laws relevant to specific cases.
  • Prepare and distribute legal correspondence as directed.
  • Assist with trial preparations and witness coordination.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss case progress.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a legal assistant or related position
