Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our expanding team in Durban. This role involves providing high-quality patient care, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans to improve health outcomes. Candidates should be passionate about healthcare and possess strong clinical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and document patient history and symptoms.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to improve patient outcomes.
  • Provide primary and preventative care services.
  • Conduct health screenings and promote wellness.
  • Develop educational materials for patient education.
  • Assist in emergency situations and critical care.
  • Participate in clinical research and trials.
  • Provide training and supervision to junior staff members.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Nursing or equivalent
  • Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Nursing Practice is preferred
Experience
  • At least 5 years experience in a similar role
