Job Description

As an Event Coordinator at Confetti Events Ltd., you will take charge of organizing and executing a diverse range of events, ensuring everything runs smoothly from inception to finish. Your creativity and attention to detail will contribute to crafting memorable experiences for clients and guests alike.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research to source vendors and venues.
• Ensure all permits and legal requirements are met for public events.
• Provide on-site coordination during events to oversee execution.
• Cultivate positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Create and maintain schedules to track progress on various event tasks.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Diploma in Event Management is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of proven experience in event management

Technical Skills

• Logistics Management
• Vendor Management

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Interpersonal Skills

Certifications

• Certified Special Events Professional (CSEP)
• Certification in Hospitality Management is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Sotho: Conversational
