Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate health program initiatives within the facility.
  • Engage with communities to understand patient needs and feedback.
  • Serve as a liaison between medical staff and administrative functions.
  • Supervise data entry and management of patient information systems.
  • Prepare training materials for staff development.
  • Assist in strategic planning and organizational development.
  • Review and assess staff performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or Business Administration
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Management preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in healthcare administration
