• Lead the retail team in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop and implement training programs for team members.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to motivate and engage the team.
• Optimize store layout and inventory display to enhance customer flow.
• Coordinate with supply chain management to ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay competitive.
• Prepare reports on store performance and present them to the management team.
• Initiate community engagement activities to enhance brand visibility.
• Maintain health and safety standards within the store.
• Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Postgraduate qualification is advantageous
• Inventory Management Proficient in managing inventory levels and stock control.
• Sales Analysis Ability to analyze sales data for strategic decisions.
• Leadership Strong leadership capabilities to drive team performance.
• Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Intermediate)

• Experience with point-of-sale systems: Proficient in managing and troubleshooting POS systems.
• Bilingual skills: Ability to communicate in both English and Afrikaans.
