Responsibilities
Lead the retail team in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
Develop and implement training programs for team members.
Conduct regular staff meetings to motivate and engage the team.
Optimize store layout and inventory display to enhance customer flow.
Coordinate with supply chain management to ensure timely stock replenishment.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay competitive.
Prepare reports on store performance and present them to the management team.
Initiate community engagement activities to enhance brand visibility.
Maintain health and safety standards within the store.
Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or related field
MBA is preferable

7+ years of experience in leading retail teams
