We are actively seeking a Construction Site Supervisor in Pretoria with a keen eye for detail and extensive experience in overseeing construction projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate site operations, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and foster strong relationships with subcontractors and team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead site meetings and communicate project updates effectively to stakeholders.
• Monitor project compliance with environmental regulations.
• Document any changes to the project scope and ensure proper communication.
• Facilitate conflict resolution between stakeholders and site personnel.
• Review and approve subcontractor work before final project evaluation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field
• Certifications in Construction Safety are advantageous

Experience

• 7+ years of field experience in construction supervision
