• Financial Management Strong financial acumen including budgeting and forecasting skills.
• Excellent communication skills Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff.
• Problem-solving Skilled in resolving guest complaints and operational challenges.
• Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA)
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Conversational)

• Multilingual skills: Ability to converse in multiple languages for guest engagement.
