Job Description

We are searching for a Hospitality Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading a dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hotel operations and will play a key role in managing daily activities to ensure the highest standards of service.

Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming environment for guests, ensuring all staff uphold the hotel's standards.
  • Handle budgeting and financial management aspects of the hotel.
  • Evaluate guest reviews and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Train and mentor team members to enhance their career paths within the hospitality industry.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality or Business Management
  • Additional certifications in Hotel Management are preferred
Experience
  • At least 7 years of experience in hospitality, with 3 years in management
