Responsibilities

• Coordinate with external training providers to enhance training offerings.
• Support employees in set career development paths through focused learning.
• Evaluate current educational content for effectiveness and update as needed.
• Create a resource library of training materials for easy access.
• Advocate for learning initiatives at all levels of the organization.
• Prepare reports on training outcomes for management review.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Human Resources Development preferred

Experience

• 5 years of experience in Learning and Development
