Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Pretoria. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions to ensure customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Analyze customer issues to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to build loyalty.
  • Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in training new staff on customer support processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Matriculation or equivalent
  • Degree in Business or related field is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years in a customer support role, preferably in a tech environment
