We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our finance team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and assisting in strategic decision-making to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough financial analysis and compile reports for management.
• Assist in budget preparation and forecasting.
• Perform variance analysis to identify discrepancies.
• Provide insights on financial performance and recommend improvements.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with various departments to align financial goals and strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• Professional qualifications (CIMA/ACCA) preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in corporate finance or analysis
