We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our Pretoria team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional troubleshooting and technical assistance. You will help resolve various technical issues while ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering strong customer relationships. Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through various channels, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot software and hardware problems efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Provide technical training and support to clients and team members.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve issues effectively.
  • Ensure all issues are resolved in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Track and analyze issues to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Contribute to team goals and objectives through personal performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • IT certifications will be beneficial
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in a related role
