Job Description

We are actively seeking an In-house Counsel to join our expert legal team at Top Legal Firm. The successful candidate will provide legal guidance, draft documents, and ensure compliance across various departments. This role requires a strong understanding of corporate governance and the ability to give sound legal advice to various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on corporate governance matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contract agreements.
• Conduct legal research and analyze various legal issues.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal risks.
• Represent the company in legal disputes and mediations.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting the company.
• Manage outside counsel and maintain oversight on legal matters.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Law is a plus

Experience

• 7+ years in legal advisory role preferred
