Job Description

We are actively seeking an In-house Counsel to join our expert legal team at Top Legal Firm. The successful candidate will provide legal guidance, draft documents, and ensure compliance across various departments. This role requires a strong understanding of corporate governance and the ability to give sound legal advice to various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic litigation initiatives and manage case strategies.
• Evaluate risk management processes and suggest improvements.
• Act as a liaison between the company's executives and legal entities.
• Promote compliance with industry regulations.
• Assist in acquisition and M&A due diligence processes.
• Oversee internal investigations and response plans.
• Ensure the effective management of legal archives and compliance records.
• Cultivate relationships with potential external counsel.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Law is a plus

Experience

• 7+ years in legal advisory role preferred
