Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer queries and provide effective solutions.

  • Record customer feedback and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to team goals and objectives through collaboration.
  • Assist in creating user guides and FAQs for customers.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve service skills.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent qualification
  • Relevant diploma or degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support or service industry
