Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate
• Diploma in Early Childhood Development is advantageous

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a childcare setting

Technical Skills

• Behavior Management
• Activity Planning

Certifications

• First Aid and CPR Certification
• Child Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Fluent in another language: Ability to communicate in another language (e.g., Afrikaans, Zulu) is a plus.
• Previous experience in childcare management: Experience in a supervisory role within a childcare facility.
