Job Description

As an Event Planner at Event Masters Ltd., you will be responsible for managing all aspects of event planning and execution. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and coordinate logistics with vendors and venues to ensure seamless events. Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design unique event experiences tailored to client specifications.
• Direct all aspects of event design, from decor to entertainment.
• Select and manage vendors, ensuring contracts and services meet expectations.
• Coordinate with event staff, including volunteers and support personnel.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to innovate event offerings.
• Conduct site visits to assess venues and discuss details with management.
• Prepare detailed event reports for client review and internal analysis.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or equivalent
• MBA or advanced degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in high-profile event planning

Technical Skills

• Social Media Marketing

• Event Design Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic
