Job Description

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role will involve resolving queries, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You must have strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to customer needs.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is preferable
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service role
