Responsibilities

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive maximum ROI from our solutions.
  • Coordinate customer onboarding and support activities to enhance product engagement.
  • Analyze customer success metrics and create actionable reports for stakeholders.
  • Be the voice of the customer internally and advocate for their needs and concerns.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing or Sales
  • An MBA is highly beneficial

  • 4+ years in customer success or client management
